Position Summary

We're seeking a hands-on Head of Engineering with strong full-stack expertise to lead a team of 12+ engineers. The ideal candidate will bring deep system architecture knowledge and technical leadership skills, with a particular focus on backend excellence while managing full-stack initiatives. Thought leadership on leveraging modern AI technologies to offer Vertical SaaS solutions is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Drive backend architecture, Platform, and system design decisions
• Lead implementation of critical backend services and APIs
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems
• Optimize system performance and scalability
• Implement AI-powered solutions leveraging the latest LLM technologies
• Develop strategies for responsible AI integration within our product ecosystem
• Optimize workflows through AI automation and intelligent processing pipelines
• Champion code quality and technical best practices. Actively contribute to coding and code reviews
