Key Responsibilities :

1. Administrative and Office Support :

• Maintain and update company databases and tracking systems like inventory and daily office expenses to ensure accuracy.
• Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, copying and organizing important documents and office records .
• Coordinate internal communications and distribute information to relevant staff and departments.
• Manage office supplies and inventory; monitor stock levels, process purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
