The Team :

Our Marketing Operations & Analytics team is dedicated to driving marketing performance and operational excellence across our global marketing team by driving campaign effectiveness optimizing processes leveraging technology and delivering actionable insights. What Youll Do :

In a high-impact and high-visibility role as a part of the marketing operations team you will be responsible for leading our team of marketing automation specialists manage our email marketing programs MarTech stack implementations and process optimizations across the global marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Systems & Automation

• Own and optimize Marketo Engage : including program creation and best practices audience segmentation operational programs for lead scoring lifecycle and data cleansing automations and managing our email marketing calendar.
• LeverageAI and automation toolsto enhance campaign effectiveness personalization and team productivity
• Manage integrations of Marketo Engage with Salesforce and other marketing technologies
