Accolite - Power BI Developer - Report & Dashboard Design

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support Business Lending teams (Risk, Product, Operations, Relationship Management).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into data models, and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop data models (DAX, Power Query, SQL) optimized for performance and scalability.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., loan origination systems, credit risk systems, customer data platforms, core banking).
• Ensure BI solutions align with NABs data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Partner with data engineers to ensure data pipelines and data quality meet reporting needs.
• Deliver self-service BI capabilities for business users while providing guidance on Power BI best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of BI solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging BI / Power BI features and recommend improvements to NABs analytics capabilities.
