Key Responsibilities :

• Good Communication skill.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Explain the products or services to customers clearly and effectively.
• Maintain a record of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
• Follow up with potential leads.
• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets as set by the team leader or manager.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times.
