Steward

Key Responsibilities :

 Greet guests and assist in seating as directed by the Captain or Manager.

 Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.

 Ensure tables are properly set up before service and cleaned after use.

 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area, tables, and workstations.

 Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely delivery of orders.

 Refill glasses, water, and other condiments as required during service.

 Handle guest queries and requests politely and efficiently.

 Assist in mise-en-place and closing duties at the start and end of each shift.

 Follow service standards and SOPs to ensure consistency in guest experience.

 Support the Captain and other team members during busy hours.

Requirements :

 1– 1.5 years of experience as a Steward / Waiter in a bar or restaurant.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 Neat grooming and presentation.

 Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

•  Hotel Management diploma / certificate preferred but not mandatory.
