Role Overview :
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to grow Igniters’ reach, build strategic partnerships, and generate quality leads for admissions. This is a sales-focused role with relationship-building responsibilities .
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Igniters’ presence.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support lead generation and coordinate with the admissions team for conversions.
- Collaborate on initiatives to enhance brand visibility and trust among students and parents.
Skills & Qualities Needed :
Excellent communication & persuasion skills (Hindi + English).Confident in building professional relationships and influencing decisions.Target-driven, proactive, and disciplined with follow-ups.Graduate (any discipline) ; 0–3 years’ experience in sales or business development preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.What We Offer :
Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month + incentives.Travel allowance for official visits.Structured growth path : Executive → Astt. Manager → Manager → Leadership roles.Opportunity to work in a dynamic, student-focused educational environment .Work Location & Timings :
Location : Dehradun (office + official visits).Timings : 10 AM – 7 PM, 6 days a week.
