Job Description : We are looking for a
Payroll Manager
to manage end-to-end payroll operations across
LATAM and APAC regions . The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of
local statutory compliance , experience in
vendor coordination , and a passion for
process automation and improvement .
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries (LATAM & APAC).
Ensure compliance with local statutory and labor laws.
Independently coordinate with payroll vendors for timely and accurate deliverables.
Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with HR Operations, Finance, and IT teams for seamless payroll execution.
Prepare payroll reports, reconcile payroll records, and review vendor outputs.
Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation and analysis.
Train and mentor team members on payroll processes and compliance.
Handle tight deadlines and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Strong understanding of
local payroll compliance
and statutory regulations.
Experience in
multi-country payroll
(LATAM & APAC preferred).
Excellent
analytical and problem-solving
skills.
Basic knowledge of
Compensation & Benefits
and
accounting principles .
Effective
communication skills
and ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience in
process automation tools
or payroll system enhancements.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
