Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport).
- Liaise with travel agencies and vendors to negotiate rates and ensure timely bookings.
- Maintain travel records, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget constraints.
- Assist employees with visa processing, travel insurance, and documentation.
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel support.
- Monitor travel budgets and provide monthly reports to management.
- Collaborate with HR and Admin for travel-related onboarding / offboarding processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.2–5 years of experience in corporate travel coordination or similar role.4 to 5 CTC maximumStrong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software / tools.Knowledge of visa procedures and travel compliance regulations.
