Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele caller based in Gurgaon. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining property features and offerings, and setting appointments for site visits. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of client interactions, following up to nurture leads, and addressing inquiries effectively. The role will require excellent communication and relationship-building skills to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make outbound calls and manage client interactions professionally
• Skills in promoting products or services and creating interest among potential clients
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate client records
• Customer service orientation and the ability to handle client inquiries efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
• Experience in real estate or telesales is a plus
• Proficiency in local languages in addition to English is beneficial
