Work Mode : Atleast 2 days WFH (between Monday to Wednesday)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) to join our healthcare domain project team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC, with a proven track record of implementing payment integration solutions in healthcare applications . This is a critical offshore role that requires deep technical expertise, solution design capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop Pega applications with a focus on payment workflows and integration in the healthcare domain.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand payment-related requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and optimize payment gateway integrations, transaction processing, and reconciliation workflows.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards in payment processing.
• Lead offshore development efforts, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support system integration testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payment modules and Pega components .
