Pega Developer

We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer / Lead with a strong technical background in Pega development. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience , be Pega CSSA certified , and possess expertise in rule implementation, low-level design, and integrations (SOAP, XML, Java, SQL) . This role requires hands-on experience in Agile projects and a deep understanding of Pega Guardrails to ensure compliance with best practices. The candidate must be capable of working across all phases of the application development lifecycle , applying both business knowledge and technical expertise to deliver robust solutions.

Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement Pega rules and workflows , ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Design and build low-level system components while adhering to Pega Guardrails .
• Work on integrations such as SOAP, REST, XML, Java, and SQL to enhance system functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while optimizing system performance.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines .
