Experience Required : 4–6 Years

Location : Remote

Shift : 2 PM – 11 PM

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules .
• Strong understanding of workflows, cases, incidents, requests, SLAs, and knowledge management within ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in JSON authoring and working with structured data.
• Solid SQL knowledge for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to design realistic enterprise scenarios aligned with ServiceNow processes.
• Experience with AI model training workflows , including structured training data creation.
• Strong prompt engineering abilities for crafting effective instructions.
• Excellent analytical thinking, logical structuring, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills;

customer-facing experience is a plus .
