Job description1–3 years of experience in client onboarding, operations, or community management. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Forms, and CRM dashboards. Positive, problem-solving attitude — someone who loves helping others succeed. We’re looking for someone who can make every onboarding feel personal, structured, and effortless.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the complete onboarding journey for startups, mentors, and event participants.
- Coordinate form submissions, documentation, and approvals with precision.
- Communicate onboarding steps clearly via email, WhatsApp, or calls.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff from outreach to participation.
- Track onboarding metrics and maintain updated databases of registered startups and leaders.
- Identify and fix friction points in the onboarding process.
- Assist during events to ensure all participants are guided and supported.
