THE ROLE
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who can plan, create, and execute digital content strategies that build strong brand presence and engagement across platforms. You’ll work closely with our design, strategy, and client servicing teams to translate business goals into creative social storytelling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement monthly and campaign-specific social media strategies for clients and internal brands.
- Understand brand voice, tone, and positioning to ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Content & Copywriting
Conceptualize and write engaging posts, reels, and ad copies aligned with brand goals.Draft captions, hashtags, and campaign taglines that drive emotion and recall.Collaborate with the design team to ideate visual treatments for each post or campaign.Execution & Management
Manage content calendars and publishing schedules across LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.Monitor community engagement, respond to comments, and nurture audience relationships.Coordinate with internal and client teams to ensure timely approvals and consistent content flow.Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs such as engagement, follower growth, and content reach.Read & understand performance reports and recommend for improvement.We're looking for someone with :
2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing .Strong understanding of content strategy and campaign planning.Excellent copywriting skills — from crisp captions to longer-form storytelling.Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, and Hootsuite .Ability to think both creatively and strategically, with an eye for design and brand consistency.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.Why Cisne
