Senior Bench Sales Recruiter – US Payroll & Staffing

Note : We are hiring for one of our clients.Salary is based on experience and expertise.Experience Required : 5-7 years in US Staffing / Bench SalesShift : US Shift (EST / CST / PST)Job OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with solid experience in US Payroll and Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants, building strong relationships with clients and vendors, and ensuring successful placement while adhering to US payroll and tax compliance (W2, C2C, 1099, OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC).Key ResponsibilitiesMarket bench consultants to Direct Clients, Prime, and Tier-1 VendorsBuild and maintain vendor / client relationships to generate new opportunitiesUnderstand and work with US payroll processes, employment types, and tax termsCoordinate with consultants regarding interviews, feedback, and onboardingMaintain strong database of vendors, requirements, and submissionsNegotiate rates with vendors / clients and finalize placementsKeep track of consultant’s project status and ensure continuous marketingMeet daily / weekly submission and placement targetsRequired Skills & Qualifications3+ years of proven experience in Bench Sales Recruiting in the US staffing industryStrong knowledge of US tax terms, payroll compliance, and immigration policiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and networking skillsAbility to market H1B, OPT, CPT, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, GC, and USC consultantsProficiency in job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and VMS portalsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented professionalExisting client / vendor network in US staffing market (Preferred)Experience working in Corp-to-Corp (C2C), Contract, and Full-time placements (Preferred)Prior experience with MSP / VMS systems (Preferred)
