Key Responsibilities
Customer Service :
Greeting customers and providing a positive first impression.
Answering customer questions about products, services, and store policies.
Assisting customers in finding specific items and making product recommendations.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.
Responsible for Customer Experience & Relationship.
Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Product Knowledge :
Developing a strong understanding of the products sold in the store.
Staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and store policies.
Communicating product knowledge to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Sales :
Sales target will be there on Month on Month
Target of product selling(Furniture, Decor, Soft Furnishing)
Ensure sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate output.
Ensure sales & able to achieve their targets.
Working towards and exceeding sales targets set by management.
Developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
Skills and Qualifications :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Retail Sales Associates need to be able to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
Strong customer service skills :
They should be friendly, approachable, and dedicated to providing excellent service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment :
