Associate Analyst, EndPoint Management

The essential requirements of the job include :

• Basic knowledge of vulnerability assessment and patch management tools (eg, CrowdStrike, SCCM, Microsoft Intune Admin Center).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Azure, Entra, and Intune.
• Passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement, elevating the customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• A keen interest in learning about new technologies and systems and staying up to date with industry trends.
