We are looking for an Assistant Marketplace Manager to support our online marketplace operations, optimize listings, coordinate with partners, and drive growth across platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic plans for marketplace selling, covering listing optimization, product promotions, customer service, and vendor management.
• Monitor and manage product listings across multiple marketplaces to ensure accuracy and consistency, and build scalable systems for efficient management.
• Analyse marketplace data, track sales trends, and assess competitive pricing to drive informed decisions and enhance sales performance.
• Oversee customer reviews and ensure prompt resolution of issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on marketplace policies and ensure full compliance with platform requirements.
• Execute SEO and advertising strategies / performance marketing on marketplace platforms to improve product visibility and rankings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on product content creation and promotional campaigns.
