Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Loan Collection Manager located in Hyderabad. The Assistant Loan Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily loan collection operations, managing a team of collection agents, developing and implementing collection strategies, and monitoring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves analyzing collection data, preparing reports, and working closely with other departments to improve overall collection performance.

• Team management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and data reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the financial industry
