KEY DELIVERABLES
Network Management
1. Responsible for developing Franchisee's Network to attend to Installation / Service calls as per requirements in the field.
2. Responsible for Adequate Manpower in Field as per HO plan.
3. Responsible for Quality Service Network, Maximum SF need to be in A & B grade 50% must in A grade and 30% in B grade.
4. Monthly Service Branch Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly meeting and R&R program as per HO plan
Audit
5. Branch Audits / Quarter (Br, WH, DSC & SF).
6. Debit / Recovery after Audit (Actual Recovery in system vs. to be recovered declare after each audit within 30 days.) weekly one Audit
7. Standard Debits mentioned inthe Audit Checklist must happen before the 10th of Next month
8. Improve system and process to reduce fake / wrong claims (Total Fake & Wrong claim / Total closed calls.
Service Delivery
9. 7+ Ageing call not more than 10 % of Total Calls, 21+ calls to be zero
10. Average Branch Score in Evaluation 75+
11. Weighted NPS Score more than 85%
12. NOD less than 2 days
13. Avg. Defective FG Stock (1 % Sales T / o) - All product categories
Defective units to make saleable or liquidate as per SOP
Revenue
14. Service Revenue - (Institutional & Retail AMC +Stab through Dealer, KAM & SSD +Casual +Spare)
15. Develop SPD network, Spare sale through SPD Network
16. Gross margin service as per HO target
17. New part / Gas development for revenue
Cost
18. Write Back as Per HO Target
19. Gas +Cost as Per HO target
