Position Overview :
We are looking for a Network Engineer (Level 2) must proficient in English to provide end-user IT support for our client in Navi Mumbai. The candidate will handle technical incidents and service requests via phone, chat, and email while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level technical support for Windows, O365, VPN, and network-related issues.
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails through ITSM tools (ServiceNow / Remedy).
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365.
- Troubleshoot hardware, printers, and peripheral issues.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level resolver teams as needed.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely ticket resolution.
- Support queue management and incident coordination during MIM situations.
