Job Title : IT Support Specialist
About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, chat, or self-service tickets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Qualify and open tickets for remediation of events.
- Triage tickets to respective teams and follow up on queue updates.
- Manage a variety of technically complicated tasks effectively and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to train other engineers as needed.
Requirements :
2-4 years of call-taking experience with core Help Desk skills.Basic understanding of Enterprise IT infrastructure and knowledge of Active Directory.Experience supporting multiple versions of operating systems and basic O365 administration using Office365 Admin Console.Strong writing and documentation skills, including training other engineers.Good knowledge of troubleshooting email client issues like Outlook and excellent hardware and software troubleshooting skills.Benefits :

Ability to understand email flow issues internal and external.End-user support, OS troubleshooting, and basic software troubleshooting.Demonstrate high customer relationship skills, including email etiquette.Education Requirements :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology.ITIL V4 Foundation training or certification.
