Key Responsibilities :

• Program Management : Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with product, technology, supply chain, HR, and store operations teams to drive execution.
• Process Excellence : Identify bottlenecks, define workflows, and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Strategic Initiatives : Lead high-impact programs such as store expansion, operational excellence, customer experience improvement, and digital transformation.
• Monitoring & Reporting : Track progress against milestones, manage risks, and present regular updates to leadership.
• Stakeholder Management : Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all levels.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
