The Job

Key Responsibilities :

Make daily outbound calls to new leads generated through various channels.

Follow up consistently with previous leads to nurture interest and drive conversions.

Maintain proper records of call outcomes and lead status in the CRM.

Communicate product / service details clearly and professionally to potential clients.

Coordinate with the sales or operations team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Meet daily / weekly call and conversion targets.

The Profile

You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Jewellery industry.

You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
