Core Responsibilities
Customer Interaction :
Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to promote products, generate interest, and follow up on leads. Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information.
Sales & Engagement :
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to drive sales and encourage purchases or appointments. Meet daily or weekly call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
Data Management :
Maintain accurate call logs, update customer records in a database, and document interactions.
Customer Service :
Build rapport with potential and existing clients, resolve issues, and gather feedback to improve services.
Market Research :
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify trends, and gather relevant data.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Communication :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the local language and potentially others for international roles.
Persuasion & Negotiation :
Ability to persuade customers, handle objections effectively, and close sales through skillful negotiation.
Technical Proficiency :
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems are often required.
Interpersonal Skills :
Good listening skills, patience, and the ability to handle pressure and diverse customer needs.
Professionalism :
Ability to maintain professionalism, handle rejections positively, and adhere to company policies and scripts.
Education & Experience :
