Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Technology Lead to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies, and a passion for mentoring and leading a team.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and implementing scalable applications.
Collaborate with product management to define and prioritize features and enhancements.
Architect and develop full-stack solutions using modern technologies and frameworks.
Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and best practices.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Skills and Qualifications

12-16 years of experience in software development and architecture.

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.

Strong experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.

Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.
