Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Sales :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in valet parking across target sectors (hotels, malls, hospitals, events, airports, etc.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to leadership.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.Market Research & Analysis :
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and emerging opportunities.Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.Proposal & Contract Management :
Create customized proposals, pitch presentations, and pricing strategies for potential clients.Collaborate with operations and legal teams for contract finalization and service deployment.Brand Representation & Networking :
