Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development & Sales :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in valet parking across target sectors (hotels, malls, hospitals, events, airports, etc.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to leadership.

Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research & Analysis :

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Proposal & Contract Management :

  • Create customized proposals, pitch presentations, and pricing strategies for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with operations and legal teams for contract finalization and service deployment.
  • Brand Representation & Networking :

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Required Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong business development and sales acumen.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research and competitor analysis.
