Job Title : Technical Project Manager

Shift Timings : Supporting till at least 11 PM IST is required

Location : PAN India, Work from Home

Experience Required : 7 to 15 Years

• Lead a team of BAs, developers, and QA resources to deliver projects in a hybrid agile environment for a US based client's major transformation initiative.
• Ensure team stays on track for deliverables. Address issues proactively and keep leadership abreast of progress. Guide team in issue resolution. Work with stakeholders in identifying and removing any roadblocks impeding execution
• Work with the teams to ensure documentation for design, test plan etc. are maintained. Maintain Wiki knowledge base with information that helps the team in improving productivity – such as troubleshooting for known issues.
• Manage resource planning and allocation in conjunction with the Program manager to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Provide weekly status, and ensure teams are updating their timesheets.
• Coach and mentor teams for delivery excellence.
