About The Role :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and drive successful delivery of technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale IT / software projects in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple domains ensuring timelines, quality, and budget compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to define project scope, requirements, and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage cross-functional global teams including developers, QA, architects, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Drive agile / scrum or hybrid methodologies as per project needs.
• Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates for leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency in project delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
