Job description

Position : Sales Manager

Exp. : 6.0+Yrs

Location : Mumbai, India

Your primary responsibility in this role is to develop and manage our channel partner network in India for our broad industrial measurement instruments offering which includes high-end humidity, high-end carbon dioxide measurement instruments and Continuous Monitoring System for Life Sciences Industry.

You are required to own named key customers in Life Sciences industry and work closely with them to unearth their needs for high end measurements, help build technically superior solutions and win business in a sustainable and profitable manner.

You will personally drive profitable sales growth by executing sales actions. You will report to the General Manager, India.

The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years’ sales experience in distributor management, instrument sales with experience in the Life Science industries.

The position will be based in Mumbai, India.

Qualifications

B.Tech. (or equivalent) in Engineering (Preferably Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical, Bio-Medical, Biotechnology)

Experience in pan India sales and channel management

Basic IT and electronics (networking and troubleshooting) knowledge

Experience in both instrument sales as well as project sales. Experience in selling testing and measurement instruments, process control solutions to Life Sciences industry would be highly preferred.

Willingness to travel (40% to 60%)

Negotiation and influencing skills.
