Key Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and upgrade PeopleSoft application and PeopleTools components (Web Server, App Server, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker).
- Administer and maintain multiple PeopleSoft environments (DEV, TEST, PROD).
- Apply patches, bundles, tax updates, and change assistant packages.
- Monitor system performance and availability, and troubleshoot environment-related issues.
- Work closely with DBAs to manage PeopleSoft databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Coordinate deployments, refreshes, and cloning of PeopleSoft environments.
- Manage security configurations , including user profiles, roles, and permission lists.
- Support integration with third-party systems via Integration Broker , Web Services , and API .
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and change logs.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3–6+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator .Strong expertise in PeopleSoft 9.x and PeopleTools 8.5x .Experience with WebLogic , Tuxedo , Oracle Database , and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) .Proficiency with Linux / Unix , shell scripting, and basic Windows server knowledge.Familiarity with Load Balancers , SSL configurations , and networking concepts .Knowledge of Change Assistant , Data Mover , and Configuration Manager .Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM , FSCM , or Campus Solutions .Exposure to cloud-hosted environments (OCI, AWS, Azure) for PeopleSoft.Experience with automation tools for monitoring and deployment.ITIL or other service management certifications.Skills Required
