Hiresquad Resources is looking for a dynamic Process Trainer for an International Voice process. If you have a passion for developing talent, strong presentation skills, and the ability to drive agent performance in a classroom setting, you'll be a key player in shaping the success of our client's teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery & Coaching : Provide day-to-day functional direction to agents within the program training classroom environment. This includes monitoring student progress, providing coaching and developmental feedback, and making readiness recommendations for the duration of training.
  • Effective Facilitation : Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills, including creative training techniques and adult / accelerated learning methods. You'll use a variety of training delivery modalities in a classroom setting to prepare and present training materials through classroom learning, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities.
  • Performance & Transition : You'll be accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics. Support and partner with Operations to seamlessly transition agents from training to the production environment, ensuring competency levels meet business standards.
  • Product Knowledge & Communication : Maintain relevant product knowledge for each account by taking calls, attending client and cross-functional meetings (as needed), and conducting side-by-side observations. Ensure effective, consistent communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups, including day-to-day informal interaction with clients.
  • Curriculum Development Support : May support the Instructional Design team in designing and developing training materials for various instructional delivery methods, including computer-based training, interactive classroom training, and written job aids.
  • Program Enhancement : Measure the effectiveness of training programs using various feedback methods like focus groups, interviews, and surveys. This will lead to the enhancement of training resources and programs based on evaluation results.
  • Continuous Improvement : Recommend curriculum modifications to the Training Manager / Supervisor based on internal customer feedback and / or Training Needs Analysis. Participate and contribute to a continuous learning culture by maintaining engagement on change management, product and service releases, policies, processes, and procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Training Expertise : Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills (e.g., communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building).
  • Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Organizational Skills : Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines for deliverables.
  • Work Ethic : A self-starter with a sense of urgency, who works well under pressure.
  • Attention to Detail : Possesses strong attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Exhibits a strong sense of professionalism and the ability to develop good relationships.
  • Education : Graduate in any discipline.
