We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Assistant Director to lead our Operation & Quality teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive medical coding experience, a proven ability to manage end-to-end operations, and a strong focus on client satisfaction. This role requires a leader who can deliver on client SLAs, manage project revenue, and drive team performance while maintaining rigorous process documentation and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Project Management : Ensure the delivery of all client SLA's . Apply experience in project management and revenue management to drive profitability and success.
- Process & Documentation : Create and maintain all process documentation and ensure it is updated on a timely basis. Manage operations through end-to-end planning, process document review, and root cause analysis .
- Team Leadership & Development : Assist with new team member training . Review overall staff performance and take measures to improve. Ensure attrition and shrinkage targets are met .
- Reporting & Communication : Prepare and maintain management / operational reports . Maintain process KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and dashboard metrics . Utilize good communication skills to take client calls and represent the team effectively.
Qualifications
