Job descriptionDevelop and execute brand strategies in alignment with corporate and marketing objectives. Define brand proposition, positioning, pricing, packaging, and promotions. Lead ATL & BTL planning and execution to deliver value propositions effectively. Manage brand P&L including media plans, trade plans, and consumer experience initiatives. Develop annual brand budgets and track expenditures against plan. Work with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Communication teams to support brand requirements. Partner with advertising, media, and research agencies for brand campaigns and media planning. Support new product development (NPD) by working closely with R&D and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define launch strategies, and ensure effective go-to-market execution. Drive market entry strategies for untapped geographies based on intelligence and research. Monitor competitor activity, conduct retail audits, and analyze brand performance. Conceive and implement trade promotions, consumer activations, and PR activities. Provide strategic guidance to Brand Managers / ABMs in developing marketing plans and executions. Ensure capability development and training for team members. Promote a performance-driven culture within the brand team. Post Graduate Diploma / MBA in Marketing from a premier B-school. 7–10 years of experience in Marketing with at least 2–3 years in a similar senior brand role. Proven expertise in brand strategy, consumer marketing, ATL / BTL planning, and P&L management. Strong collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Strategic Thinking : Ability to translate brand vision into actionable plans. Media & Branding Expertise : Strong knowledge of ATL, BTL, PR, and promotional campaigns. Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret market intelligence and retail audits to guide decisions. Leadership & Communication : Capable of guiding teams, aligning stakeholders, and inspiring execution. Result Orientation : Track record of meeting brand growth, profitability, and equity objectives.

About the Job
We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead brand equity, strategy, and execution for Emami Ltd’s Consumer Care Division. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end brand management – from positioning and proposition to campaigns, budgets, and P&L ownership.
