About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced RAN Engineer with strong Ericsson experience across 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G to join our Managed Services Operations team. This role requires end-to-end understanding of modern mobile network architecture and the ability to drive and support technology tasks and deliveries while maintaining high service levels for customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor network alarms and Jeopardy alerts, resolve issues within SLA and assist engineers to execute corrective actions.
• Perform initial ticket triage for faults, provide accurate analysis and ensure correct L2 escalation.
• Maintain clear, concise ticket updates (access requests, confirmations, approval references, timestamps) to enable efficient execution.
• Lead and coordinate team activities during incidents : manage customer calls, emergency bridges and escalate to management when required.
• Run governance meetings and produce network reports and presentations (PPT) for customers and stakeholders.
• Foster a proactive, team-oriented working culture with strong performance ethics and professionalism.
• Provide L1 / L2 support for customer complaints, conduct incident and problem management, manage vendor interactions, support contract / SLA evaluations.
