ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Definition & deployment of assessment activities :
- Plan and follow-up Independent safety assessment activities for the assigned projects
- Deploy safety assessment applying reference Independent safety assessment process and tools in consistency with applicable standards and regulations
- Deliver safety assessment report for the defined key milestones
- Present the assessment results to the Project / Product team, and if necessary, to the management or to external entity as customer / railway safety authority
- Manage Independent Safety Assessment findings, log
ISA Process management :
Support the Independent Safety Assessment director or Safety Assessment lead in capturing assessment requestsApply reference Independent safety assessment process and tools, and contribute to its improvement using REX process.Estimate and Measure workload of assigned projectsOthers :
Support safety reviews or other independent assessments as requestedDevelop safety expertise and provide contribution to other assessorsContribute to successful achievement of internal / external audits process compliancePerform Safety audits, generate audit reports and follow up audit findingsIn line with applicable rules of independence provide Safety Awareness training and mentoring to the Engineering organizationPerformance measurements :

SKILLS & EDUCATION :
Educational Requirements :
Master Degree in Engineering or similar technical fields
Experience :
5 years of experience in railway safety domain or 5 years in railway domain (including 2 years in railway safety domain)(WCE) Expert in SafetyKnowledge of Alstom Ethics & Compliance policyKnowledge of Alstom EHS policy and Alstom Zero Deviations rulesExperience in AuditCompetencies & Skills :
