This role demands a visionary leader who can balance strategic foresight with hands-on operational excellence, guiding the organization toward achieving its business objectives. The CEO will oversee company performance, manage financial outcomes, and ensure operational efficiency across all functions while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
• Oversee daily operations including fleet utilization, maintenance, and process optimization for maximum efficiency.
• Drive financial performance by managing P&L, revenue targets, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Lead expansion efforts by establishing strategic partnerships with ride-hailing, logistics, and corporate partners.
• Implement effective fleet and asset management strategies including acquisition, leasing, and lifecycle management.
• Champion the adoption of technology and data-driven insights to improve decision-making and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Build, guide, and mentor a strong leadership team across operations, finance, technology, and customer success.
• Collaborate with investors, board members, and partners to align vision, performance, and strategic priorities.
