Role & responsibilities
- The candidate has to manage leads assigned to him and provide end-to-end home loan assistance to the customer
- He has to closely work with the Sales team to give financial comfort / assistance to the customer when he comes for booking at the site
- Ensure customer satisfaction and a hassle-free loan experience for the customer
- Monitoring & reducing sanction TAT & Disbursal TAT by following up with financial institutions
- Achievement of targets and in-house penetration.
