Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP VIM Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience to lead and deliver OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions within SAP. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes, particularly in finance and procurement, and strong technical capabilities in SAP and VIM configuration.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze business requirements and design SAP VIM solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Lead VIM implementations and ensure seamless integration with existing SAP systems and business processes.

Collaborate with finance, procurement, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Configure and customize SAP VIM applications according to client needs and industry best practices.

Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functional accuracy and stability.

Provide training, support, and documentation for end-users to ensure effective adoption of VIM processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve VIM-related issues, including integration challenges with other SAP modules.

Stay current with SAP VIM updates, best practices, and industry trends to recommend process improvements.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation such as process flows, user manuals, and technical specs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

8 to 10 years of experience in SAP with a strong focus on OpenText VIM .

Proven experience in end-to-end VIM implementation and integration projects.

Expertise in SAP modules related to finance and procurement (e.g., SAP FI, MM).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time.

Experience with SAP S / 4HANA and Fiori integration is a plus.
