Senior Consultant -Techno Functional

Objectives aligned to this role :

• Requirement gathering and analysis, Documentation, and Process Configuration.

What would you do

• Engage in client meetings to thoroughly understand their process requirements.
• Streamline and enhance business processes to ensure precise deployment.
• Document detailed business requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications. Create clear and concise documentation, such as business process models, flowcharts, and user stories.
• Translate client needs into system configurations and customized solutions, while also creating a realistic delivery timeline
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during system implementation.
• Develop mappings for data migration and integration.
• Generate specifications for web services, ensuring seamless integration, finalization, and testing.
• Expertly tackle technical challenges related to servers, authentication, IIS, Exchange, SQL, and other associated technologies.
