Position : Assistant Manager - Admin & Travel Desk

Location : Kolkata (Fulltime / onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to manage critical operational areas including travel, facilities, guest services, inventory, petty cash, housekeeping, procurement, and vendor management. The role requires a high level of ownership and efficiency in administrative execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee travel coordination.
• Manage ticket bookings, hotel stays & travel desk operations.
• Ensure upkeep & maintenance of office facilities.
• Supervise housekeeping staff & daily operations.
• Track office supplies, handle petty cash & procurement.
• Coordinate guest visits & hospitality arrangements.
• Manage vendor relationships & purchases.
• Maintain admin reports & documentation.
