Electrical Power System Studies

Conduct plant level electrical system studies, including load flow analysis, short circuit analysis, protection relay co-ordination, etc.

Utilize software tools such as ETAP, PSS / E or similar, to model and simulate power plant electrical systems.

Develop and review Single line diagrams, schematics, and equipment specifications for power plant electrical systems.

Evaluate and optimize electrical system performance to ensure compliance with standards.

Prepare detailed technical reports, documentations for studies, ensuring compliance with standards, safety regulations and project specifications.

Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or master’s degree in electrical engineering / Power systems.

4- 10 Years of experience in electrical system studies, preferably in power generation.

Proficiency in power systems analysis software’s (ETAP, PSS / E etc.)

Experience of protective relay co-ordination and arc flash analysis

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
