Job Title : Engineering Superintendent

Summary :

Responsible for leading the Engineering team to ensure plant equipment is safe, reliable, and compliant with standards. Oversees engineering projects, sustaining Capex, and reliability improvement plans. Drives cost-effective performance, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements :

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Process)
• 10+ years in heavy industry
• Strong leadership, project delivery, and budgeting skills
• Knowledge of engineering standards and statutory requirements
• Experience in remote sites and managing teams
