Experience Requir
ed8–15 yea rs of professional experience i n law firms, investment banks, or corporate strategy rol es, with hands-on experience i n M&A executi on.OR teaching experience i n reputed law colleges / universiti es specializing in corporate law, M&A, or related domains.

on : Deal Structuring & Valuat ion – Share purchases, slump sales, JV protections.Due Dilige nce – Corporate, contracts, litigation, IP, compliance.Negotiation & Term She ets – Binding vs. non-binding agreements, key clauses.Transaction Documentat ion – SPA, SSA, SHA, BTA clauses.Regulatory Complia nce – FEMA, CCI, Press Note 3, and ancillary approvals.
