Key Responsibilities :
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with international customers regarding products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly
- Assist sales teams by supporting the coordination of sales efforts and updating relevant records
- Deliver product information and service explanations to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of international orders and customer requests
- Stay up-to-date with promotions, product offerings, and operational changes to effectively support customers
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and timely responses
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in customer sales and support roles, preferably in an international contextFluent in English, with strong communication skills; additional language proficiency is a plusExperience with CRM software and sales support toolsProven customer service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solvingA detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skillsAbility to adapt to changing environments and work collaboratively in a teamStrong work ethic and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficientlyBenefits
