Role & Responsibilities

As an Interaction Motion Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences through compelling and interactive motion designs for digital products.

Crafting Stunning Interactions / Animations

• Design animations and micro-interactions for products to enhance usability, engagement & user delight.
• Collaborate with fellow designers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals. Further integrate the motion design seamlessly into the overall user experience.
• Proactively initiate efforts to enhance various facets of the product experience. Innovation & Ownership
• Conceptualize original ideas that simplify & enhance user delight, especially in the face of complex design challenges.
• Take ownership and be at the forefront of the motion design across features in the consumer app. Prototyping
• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate the motion design concepts and user interactions.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.
• Proficiency
• Stay connected with industry trends and advancements in micro-interaction & motion design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met while ensuring design quality,
• consistency, & coherence within the product. Motion Design System
• Develop and maintain a motion design system to ensure consistency across various digital platforms.
• Work closely with design and development teams to implement and refine the motion design system.
