ADP is hiring a Tableau Developer within our People Analytics & Insights team. Are you passionate about using data to drive decision making?Are you intellectually curious and like to ask “why”? RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Build and publish interactive dashboards on Tableau Server (including dashboard creation, report authoring and troubleshooting, and data source management).
• Create interactive filters, parameters and calculations for preparing dashboards and worksheets in Tableau.
• Work with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve / automate processes, or otherwise add value to the team.
• Maintain (and provide suggestions to improve) our current inventory of standard dashboards.
• Interact with key stakeholders to understand requirements and execute these through iterative development approaches.
• Ensure consistency with team’s standards of excellence by adhering to an established set of coding and style guides.
• Ensure work products and presentations are error-free and conform to visual presentation standards – including data checking, proofreading, formatting and corporate branding guidelines.
• Understand and support the People Analytics strategy and act as a role model for the analytics team as we expand the amount of high-quality analytics and insights through the organization.
