Role Overview
The Brand and Content Executive will oversee the visual and communication framework of Pdstrian Labs across brand, digital, and product touchpoints. The role demands a balance between design execution and creative direction, building a strong identity system while ensuring daily content, campaigns, and assets reflect the brand’s tone and purpose. This person will play a key role in shaping the brand's image across social media, product campaigns, and internal communications. Graphic design sits at the centre of the role, so technical skill and taste both matter. Prior experience in fashion or lifestyle branding is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Pdstrian Labs’ overall visual and communication identity across digital, social, and campaigns.
- Define and maintain the brand’s tone, typography, colour palette, and narrative framework.
- Plan and execute monthly social media calendars with clear creative direction.
- Oversee day-to-day content, from concept to caption to final post.
- Develop campaign ideas for product launches, collaborations, and seasonal drops.
- Create moodboards, shot lists, and campaign briefs; guide photoshoots and video direction.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and the founder to bring creative ideas to life.
- Maintain and organise brand assets, templates, and visual systems for consistent output.
- Coordinate with marketing and e-commerce teams on performance creatives, website visuals, and packaging.
- Support production and retail teams with lookbooks, decks, and other brand materials.
- Track fashion, design, and cultural trends relevant to Pdstrian Labs.
- Present fresh ideas, references, and concepts that can inform upcoming campaigns.
- Ensure every piece of communication feels aligned with Pdstrian Labs’ tone and aesthetic.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in creative or design roles (freshers with strong portfolios welcome).Proven graphic design experience with measurable creative outputs.Proven record in social media management.Prior experience in fashion or lifestyle branding preferred.Strong portfolio showing identity design, campaign visuals, or content direction.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects) and Figma.Strong grasp of typography, composition, and attention to detail.Ability to move between creative direction and hands-on execution.Curiosity for fashion, design, and culture; ability to translate them visually.Comfortable working in a fast-moving, lean, and idea-driven environment.Best Fit
