Job descriptionThis role ensures seamless operations, cost optimization, quality adherence, and strategic Develop and implement production strategies to achieve efficiency, quality, and cost targets. Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower, machinery, materials). Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Monitor production schedules to meet customer demands and business objectives. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Optimize plant Machinery and equipment availability. Lead process improvement initiatives. Ensure project execution within budget, timeline, and quality parameters. Engage with vendors, contractors, Customers and stakeholders for smooth Work closely with Engineering Team to achieve functional and organization Objectives. To work with Engineering Manager to ensure Design accuracy and Quality Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. 12+ years of experience in manufacturing Industry, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 technologies. Must be from MNC Must have good exposure in Industrial Engineering & Project Management
